The 3 Biggest Dream Killers

Which one do you relate to? ⠀

Do you know that the only thing getting in the way of you and your dreams are your 3 most significant habits? ⠀

👉🏼 Procrastination: "I will just do this first and then get to it this afternoon." ⠀

👉🏼 Perfectionism: "If I get it perfect, no one can criticize me." ⠀

👉🏼 Waiting: "I'm so busy, I don't have time." ⠀

In Eddie's and my previous chapter, we proudly owned ALL three of these habits. We were repeating to each other these following phrases regularly. ⠀

"Let's start our meal prep on Monday after the weekend." ⠀

"As soon as I get a bit better stronger, I will start the new program." ⠀

"I am too busy with work and the kids to start this right now." ⠀

So how did we break those habits and step into the life we have today? ⠀

a.) Admitting it out loud (openly communicating with each other, starting our day 1/2 hour early to have 'check-in' time with one another. ⠀

b.) Creating conditions for success and setting the right Support, Accountability and Stretch in our lives (our coaches/mentors) ⠀

c.) YES - Our answer to our goals is always YES! ⠀

If you are TIRED of thinking about doing things, then it is time to take ownership. You don't need to know how to achieve your goal, but it is your responsibility to take steps to get there. ⠀

  • 1/3cup raw macadamias or cashews

  • 1 1/4 cups water

  • 2 frozen large bananas, chopped coarsely

  • 1tbsp cacao powder

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp tahini

  • 1 tsp maca powder

  • 1 tsp ground cardamom


  • Blend nuts and water in a high-powered blender until smooth. Add frozen banana along with remaining ingredients; blend until smooth.

  • Serve straight away, dusted with a little extra cacao powder, if you like.
