How to build a roster of Highly-Successful Clients

Every coach I have spoken with focuses more on their success than their client's success.

News Flash: Highly Successful Clients = A Highly Successful Coaching Business

I remember when I went to my mentor and said, "I am so stressed; I feel like we aren't attracting any new clients."

To which he promptly replied with these two questions.

  1. How are your current clients doing? What are their successes?

  2. How are you living in direct relation to the results you promise?

At first, I was like, "did he even hear me? I don't have any new clients coming into my business. Can't we please solve this problem first?"

What I wasn't getting was that finding more things 'to do' would not solve my "perceived" client attraction problem.

Putting all my focus and energy into serving the clients right in front of me

Living and sharing the results of the big problem I solve with the market

NOT only attracts new clients but builds longevity in the relationship with my clients on hand.

Like almost every aspect of human life, we have a tendency to focus on what we don't have instead of what we do.

And as a result, we miss the mark.

You 'only' have one client?

Do you want to know what the funniest thing about my advice is?

It is so easy it is hard.

We have been preprogrammed to believe that if we are not working hard, then we are not successful.

So let me give you a few tangible takeaways/action items so that you can attract new clients into your business THIS WEEK!

  1. Check in on EACH of your current clients outside of your time together. Ask them to share their successes and challenges in relation to how you are supporting them. Lead them

  2. Of the challenges your clients are experiencing, list how you also represent those challenges on paper and set a plan to work on one of those areas this week. Share this in a social post

  3. Social Media Audit: If I was looking at your page, does it show you as the result of the big problem you solve for your clients? ie, If you help people achieve their healthiest body, are you showing what life looks like as a direct result of having a healthy body?

  4. Make offers into your business. Believe it or not, people don't know how to work with you unless you are direct with them. Sample offer "I am inviting one new client into my program and leadership this week. If you are tired of LIST THE PAIN and are ready to achieve LIST THE RESULT, send me a DM "Transform" to apply.

MY GUARANTEE: If you implement these four steps into your business consistently for the week, you WILL get a new client (If you want to learn how to make this a high-ticket client that stays with you for years and continues to invest in your leadership;
